PressureLog Subscription Terms
Day 4 Tech Pty Ltd | LogITm8
Effective 1 October 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern paid business subscriptions to PressureLog, provided by Day 4 Tech Pty Ltd (we, us).
The Customer or you means the business identified in the subscription account, including a sole trader. Authorised Users are people you authorise to access your account.
Your agreement consists of these Terms, the plan details accepted when subscribing and any variation expressly agreed in writing. An expressly agreed variation prevails over conflicting wording, followed by the accepted plan details and these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. It does not authorise changes to the contractual data-use restrictions in these Terms.
PressureLog is offered under these Terms to Australian businesses. Authorised Users must be at least 18.
2. Acceptance and authority
By accepting these Terms when subscribing, the person accepting confirms that they are authorised to bind the Customer.
Inviting a person to use PressureLog does not, by itself, authorise that person to purchase or change a subscription on the Customer’s behalf.
Electronic acceptance is sufficient. We may retain the accepted version, acceptance time and relevant account information as evidence of the agreement.
3. Access and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PressureLog for your business during your subscription, subject to your selected plan and these Terms.
You must:
- Manage Authorised Users and remove access when it is no longer appropriate.
- Take reasonable steps to protect credentials and devices.
- Use the service lawfully and within your plan.
- Obtain the permissions necessary for information you submit and recipients you nominate.
- Promptly notify us at admin@logitm8.com after becoming aware of suspected unauthorised access, a security issue, data loss or materially incorrect output.
You must not resell access without our written agreement, bypass access or usage restrictions, introduce malicious software, interfere with the service or attempt to access another customer’s information.
You are responsible for use you authorise and failures within your reasonable control. This does not make you responsible for a security failure caused by Day 4 Tech Pty Ltd.
4. Service purpose and customer responsibilities
PressureLog records information entered by users and generates pressure-test records and reports. It does not perform a physical test, independently verify readings or equipment calibration, or determine whether work satisfies a law, standard, engineering requirement or customer specification.
You remain responsible for your personnel, safe work practices, test methods, equipment, approvals, permissions, record-retention obligations, customer relationships and safety, engineering, compliance and operational decisions.
You must check completed reports against the relevant test information before issuing or relying on them. You must assess whether the records contain the evidence required for the relevant job.
Completed reports may form part of your business’s compliance records. These paid-subscription Terms do not require you to duplicate every job through a separate parallel process. You remain responsible for maintaining the records and operational controls your work requires.
A description such as “audit-ready” does not mean that a report has been independently verified or certified, or that an auditor or regulator will accept it.
These responsibilities do not make you responsible for an error introduced by PressureLog when processing or displaying correctly entered information.
5. Saving, synchronisation and report delivery
PressureLog saves completed reports. Unfinished drafts are not a recoverable record, and work may be lost if report generation fails before completion.
Where offline operation is available, information awaiting synchronisation may remain on the device. Check the synchronisation status and that the completed report has been saved before clearing browser data, removing the application or changing devices. Unsynchronised information may be lost if the device or its stored data is lost or cleared.
You should retain exported records needed to meet your legal and contractual obligations.
Reports are sent as PDF attachments to the recipients your business specifies in its account. You must keep those recipient details accurate and ensure that recipients are authorised to receive the reports.
Deleting a report from PressureLog does not delete copies already delivered to recipients or downloaded onto devices.
6. Plans, fees and renewal
Your selected plan specifies its fees, included features, usage allowances and any additional usage charges. These details must be presented before you subscribe or approve a change. We will not impose an undisclosed usage charge.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise before purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Your subscription renews monthly unless cancelled before the next renewal. By subscribing, you authorise charges for the selected plan and any usage charges you have agreed to.
You may cancel through the available account controls or by emailing admin@logitm8.com. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain access until then.
There is no refund merely because you stop using the service during a paid period. This does not affect a refund required by law or expressly provided under these Terms.
We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a price increase, including the new price and when it applies. You may cancel before it takes effect.
Full pricing is intended to apply to renewals on or after 1 January 2027. Existing customers will receive the applicable prices and plan details by 1 December 2026. This statement does not authorise an unspecified charge. If the required notice is not given, an increase will not apply until the notice period has elapsed.
7. Failed payments
Initial paid access requires successful payment.
If a renewal payment fails:
- We will notify you and allow seven full calendar days of normal access from the failed payment.
- We will send a reminder at least two days before restricting access. If that reminder is late, restriction will be delayed to provide those two days.
- If payment remains unresolved, access becomes read-only. You may view and export existing completed reports, but cannot create new QR records or reports.
- We will not create further recurring renewal invoices while the account remains read-only. The original unpaid invoice remains outstanding, subject to correction of errors and resolution of genuine disputes.
- If payment remains unresolved 30 days after the first failed payment, the subscription ends. The 90-day export period in clause 13 then begins.
Before restarting paid access, we will make clear any amount payable and the period it covers. We will not charge twice for the same subscription period.
Notify us promptly if you believe an invoice is incorrect. We will review a genuine billing dispute and will not restrict access solely because of an amount we identify as our billing error.
8. Customer Data and intellectual property
Customer Data means information, photographs, readings, notes, job records and reports submitted to or generated by PressureLog for you.
As between the parties, you retain ownership of Customer Data, subject to any third-party rights. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it and authorise the processing described in these Terms.
You permit Day 4 Tech Pty Ltd and its service providers to process Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide, secure, support and troubleshoot the service.
- Carry out your authorised instructions.
- Comply with law.
- Enforce these Terms.
We may improve our products using feedback and genuinely de-identified, aggregated usage statistics that do not identify you, any individual, site or job. This does not authorise use of identifiable Customer Data for unrelated product development or marketing.
We will not sell Customer Data or use it to train a general-purpose AI model.
Day 4 Tech Pty Ltd retains its rights in LogITm8, PressureLog, their software, workflows, designs, documentation, updates and improvements. Those rights do not give us ownership of your Customer Data.
You may retain and use exported reports after your subscription ends. To the extent our intellectual property is embedded in those reports, we grant you an ongoing, royalty-free right to use it as part of retaining, reproducing and sharing the reports for your business purposes.
You may provide feedback voluntarily. We may use that feedback to improve our products without payment, while respecting confidentiality and the restrictions on Customer Data.
9. Confidentiality and permitted information
Each party must protect the other’s non-public business, technical and customer information with reasonable care and use it only to provide, receive, administer, support or secure the service, or exercise rights permitted by these Terms.
A party may disclose confidential information to personnel, advisers and service providers who need it for those purposes and are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where disclosure is required by law.
These obligations do not cover information the receiving party can demonstrate was already lawfully known, independently developed, lawfully received without restriction or public through no breach.
You must provide the applicable privacy notice to participating users and obtain required workplace, customer, site and individual permissions.
You must not upload health information, sensitive personal information, personal government identifiers or payment-card details into reports, photographs, notes or other Customer Data. This restriction does not prohibit ordinary business identifiers such as ABNs or payment details entered through the designated payment checkout.
We may reasonably restrict access to or remove prohibited content, subject to legal preservation requirements. Where appropriate and lawful, we will notify you. This does not mean that we inspect every upload or guarantee detection of prohibited content.
Individuals may request access or correction, or raise privacy concerns, at admin@logitm8.com. We will assess requests having regard to identity, authority, other people’s rights and applicable law.
10. Privacy, service providers and security
We handle account, job, report, device, security, usage and support information as explained in our Privacy Policy and subject to these Terms.
We use service providers for hosting, data storage, account authentication, email delivery, payment processing, support and security. Providers receive information relevant to their functions. Our email delivery provider processes emails and PDF attachments sent to your nominated recipients. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Some processing or provider support access may occur outside Australia. Our Privacy Policy provides further information about overseas handling.
We will use reasonable measures to protect Customer Data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and loss. No internet service is completely secure.
We will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a security incident affecting the confidentiality, integrity or availability of your Customer Data. We will provide relevant information as it becomes available and reasonably cooperate with legally required notifications.
This clause does not promise a fixed investigation or restoration time, or reimbursement of incident-response costs. Financial liability is addressed in clause 15, including its protection of non-excludable rights.
11. Publicity and marketing permission
Day 4 Tech Pty Ltd may ask for your permission to use your business name, logo, genuine testimonials or case studies about your use of PressureLog for marketing.
We will not use those materials for marketing unless you have separately agreed to that use.
Any permission you give applies only to the materials and purposes reasonably covered by that permission. It does not authorise disclosure of confidential job records or personal information without an appropriate basis, override third-party rights, or permit fabricated statements or misleading claims about your endorsement or results.
You may withdraw marketing permission by emailing admin@logitm8.com. Within 30 days, we will stop new uses and remove the relevant material from marketing channels we control.
We are not required to recall printed material already distributed or remove copies independently controlled by third parties. We will not continue distributing existing promotional stock containing the withdrawn material after that period.
12. Service care, support and changes
We will use reasonable care and skill to operate and secure PressureLog and provide support during the hours below.
Support is available through admin@logitm8.com from 8 am to 5 pm AEST (UTC+10), seven days a week, including Queensland public holidays. These are support hours, not guaranteed response times.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, no guaranteed uptime, uninterrupted availability or response time applies. The service may experience errors or interruptions. This does not remove our reasonable-care obligations or your non-excludable rights.
We may maintain, fix and improve the service. Where practicable, we will give at least 30 days’ notice of a material adverse change to agreed functionality, workflows or Customer Data handling. Urgent security or legal changes may require shorter notice; we will explain them as soon as reasonably practicable.
A change will not retrospectively remove your rights to use previously exported reports or broaden our permitted use of Customer Data without agreement.
If a change materially reduces the service you purchased and we cannot continue the agreed service, you may end the subscription before the change takes effect and receive a refund for unused prepaid access affected by the change.
Roadmaps and discussions about possible features are not delivery commitments unless expressly agreed in writing.
13. Ending the subscription, export and deletion
You may cancel as described in clause 6.
Either party may end the agreement for a material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable period after written notice explaining the breach and required remedy. Immediate termination may be appropriate where the breach cannot be remedied or continued service would be unlawful.
We may otherwise end the subscription on at least 30 days’ written notice. If we end paid access early without your breach, we will refund the unused prepaid portion.
After the subscription ends, you have 90 days to view and export existing completed reports as PDFs. Access may be read-only. Outstanding fees do not, by themselves, remove this export opportunity, although necessary security or legal restrictions may apply.
If an export failure attributable to us is reported before the deadline and prevents export, we will pause deletion of the affected records. You will have at least seven calendar days to export after export is restored and we notify you.
You must retain records needed to meet your legal and contractual obligations.
After the export period, including an applicable extension, we will delete Customer Data from active production systems unless retention is legally required.
Residual copies may remain in protected backups until their ordinary expiry. Relevant billing, security, legal and support records may be retained for their legitimate purposes and applicable retention requirements. This does not permit indefinite retention or unrelated use of job records.
Retained copies remain subject to applicable confidentiality and data-use restrictions. If a backup is restored for disaster recovery, we will take reasonable steps to reapply deletions so that deleted Customer Data is not returned to ordinary use.
You control and must manage copies downloaded or cached on your devices and copies received by your nominated recipients.
14. Suspension
We may suspend access to the extent reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use, material breach or material risk to other customers or the platform.
We will limit the scope and duration of suspension to what is reasonably necessary, explain the reason where lawful and safe, and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue where appropriate.
We will restore access when the relevant grounds have been resolved. Where safe and lawful, we will preserve access to existing records or provide another reasonable way to export them.
Payment-related restrictions follow clause 7.
15. Statutory rights, warranties and liability
Australian Consumer Law and statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or for personal injury or death caused by negligence where that liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Express refund obligations in these Terms also remain effective.
Where the Australian Consumer Law permits us to limit liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee relating to services not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the affected services again or paying the reasonable cost of having them supplied again.
That limitation applies only where it is lawful, fair and reasonable for us to rely on it and does not restrict a remedy or choice of remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
Excluded losses
Subject to those protections and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Day 4 Tech Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the service or these Terms.
This includes, to the extent such loss is indirect or consequential, loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, opportunity, goodwill or business, business interruption, delay, loss or corruption of information, costs of obtaining substitute services and similar commercial loss.
A direct loss is not excluded merely because it has a financial value.
Liability cap
Subject to the protections above and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Day 4 Tech Pty Ltd’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service or these Terms, whether in contract, negligence, statute or otherwise, is limited to the total fees actually paid by you for the service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
If you have used the service for less than 12 months, the limit is the total fees actually paid by you from the start of your subscription to the event giving rise to the claim.
This is an aggregate limit and not a separate limit for each claim.
Where a liability cannot lawfully be limited to that amount, the limit applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Customer-caused loss
Day 4 Tech Pty Ltd is not liable to the extent a loss is caused or contributed to by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you, misuse you authorise, a failure within your reasonable control to protect credentials or devices, prohibited use, unauthorised interference with the service, failure to perform the physical testing or verification your work requires, or failure to meet your own legal, regulatory, safety, engineering or contractual obligations.
Those customer responsibilities do not deem a software-generated error to be your fault or transfer responsibility for Day 4 Tech Pty Ltd’s own acts or omissions to you.
Where both Day 4 Tech Pty Ltd and you contribute to a loss, Day 4 Tech Pty Ltd’s responsibility is reduced only to the extent permitted by law having regard to each party’s contribution.
The service assists you to capture, organise and present information about work performed by you and your personnel. Reports, records, calculations and other output generated by the service do not replace a physical test, inspection, engineering assessment, certification, professional judgement or other procedure that your work requires.
Nothing in this clause makes you responsible for an error introduced solely by PressureLog when processing or displaying correctly entered information.
Correction and other remedies
We may offer correction, restoration, regeneration of a report or re-performance where appropriate. Such an offer does not replace a remedy or choice of remedy that you are legally entitled to receive.
Subject to the protections above, Day 4 Tech Pty Ltd does not undertake to indemnify you or pay compensation, reimbursement, service credits, investigation costs, notification costs, restoration costs, remediation costs or similar amounts except where expressly required by these Terms or by law.
Confidentiality, privacy and security
The exclusions and liability limit in this clause apply to financial claims concerning the confidentiality, privacy and security commitments in these Terms only where lawful.
Those commitments remain obligations, and this clause does not prevent a statutory remedy, regulatory power or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Changes to these Terms
We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a proposed material change, explain its effect and identify when it is intended to apply. A shorter period may be necessary to meet legal requirements or address an urgent security issue.
Changes will not apply retrospectively to accrued rights or claims.
Where acceptance is required, we will present the changed Terms for acceptance. Sending a notice does not, by itself, authorise a broader use of Customer Data or an unspecified charge.
If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect. If we cannot continue providing the service on the existing Terms for the remainder of your paid period, we will refund the unused prepaid portion.
Expressly agreed individual variations must be recorded in writing.
17. Notices and general terms
You may send notices to admin@logitm8.com. We may send notices to the business contact recorded in your account. Each party must keep its contact details current.
If a dispute arises, the parties will first seek to resolve it through their nominated contacts. This does not prevent urgent court relief, a regulatory complaint or exercise of a statutory right.
Queensland law governs the agreement. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts, subject to any mandatory right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
The agreement creates no partnership, agency or employment relationship.
If a provision is unenforceable, it is severed to the extent possible without changing the substance of the agreement. The remaining provisions continue where they can operate independently.
Electronic acceptance, electronic signatures and counterparts are permitted.
Provisions concerning accrued payments, ownership, continuing report-use rights, confidentiality, permitted retention, liability and disputes continue after termination to the extent necessary to give them effect.
18. Separate pilots and trials
A pilot or trial is governed by the specific terms accepted for it. Participation does not itself authorise a paid subscription or charge.
A paid subscription begins only when an authorised Customer representative actively selects a paid plan and accepts the applicable subscription terms.
