Version 1.0 — effective 1 October 2026
Contact: admin@logitm8.com
1. Who these rules apply to
These rules apply to people authorised by a business to use PressureLog, including employees and contractors. Users must be at least 18.
Use PressureLog only within the permissions your business gives you and for its authorised business purposes.
These rules support the business’s applicable Subscription Terms or pilot agreement. They do not make an invited user responsible for subscription payments, authorise purchases on the business’s behalf or create a personal guarantee or indemnity.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Protect your access
Keep your login credentials secure. Do not share passwords, use another person’s credentials or allow someone to act under your identity.
Take reasonable steps to protect devices used to access PressureLog. Lock unattended devices and protect downloaded reports from unauthorised access.
Do not attempt to access another business’s information or bypass account permissions. Stop using access when your business withdraws your authorisation.
If you administer users, keep their permissions appropriate and remove access when it is no longer needed.
3. Record information honestly and check reports
Take reasonable care to enter accurate information against the correct job, site and asset.
Do not fabricate readings, photographs, results, approvals or sign-offs. Only sign off work you are authorised to sign off. Do not sign as another person or imply that you personally performed or witnessed work when you did not.
Check completed reports against the relevant test information before issuing or relying on them. If a report appears materially incorrect or incomplete, do not present it as accurate. Notify your business and report the issue to us.
Your responsibility to check information does not make you responsible for an error introduced by PressureLog when processing or displaying correctly entered information.
4. Follow your business’s safety and compliance procedures
PressureLog records information and generates reports. It does not perform a physical test, independently verify readings or calibration, or certify legal, engineering or regulatory compliance.
Follow your business’s requirements for qualified personnel, safe work, testing, equipment, approvals and record retention. Do not treat a generated report or pass/fail entry as independent confirmation that work is safe or compliant.
For paid subscriptions, these rules do not require a separate duplicate record for every job. Any additional requirements under an applicable pilot agreement continue to apply during that pilot.
5. Upload only appropriate information
Only upload information and photographs your business is authorised to provide. Follow relevant workplace, site, customer and individual permission requirements.
Avoid capturing unrelated people, personal documents or unnecessary personal details.
Do not upload:
- Health information or other sensitive personal information.
- Personal government identifiers.
- Payment-card details.
- Material you are not authorised to disclose or that infringes another person’s rights.
- Malicious files or unlawful content.
Ordinary business identifiers, such as ABNs, are permitted. Payment details must only be entered through the designated payment checkout.
If prohibited information is uploaded accidentally, tell your business and contact us promptly. Do not assume it will be detected automatically.
6. Check saving and synchronisation
PressureLog saves completed reports. Unfinished drafts are not a recoverable record, and work may be lost if report generation fails before completion.
When working offline, check that information has synchronised and the completed report has been saved before clearing browser data, removing the application or changing devices.
Information awaiting synchronisation may be lost if a device or its stored data is lost or cleared.
Follow your business’s procedures for exporting and retaining completed records.
7. Share reports carefully
Reports are sent as PDF attachments to recipients specified by your business.
If you manage recipient details or share reports yourself, check that recipients are correct and authorised to receive the information.
Do not publish or disclose confidential reports, photographs or job information without authority.
Deleting a report from PressureLog does not remove copies already emailed, downloaded or stored on another device. Report an incorrect recipient or accidental disclosure promptly.
8. Do not interfere with the service
Do not:
- Introduce malware, disrupt the service or interfere with other users.
- Bypass security measures, account restrictions or plan limits.
- Copy, extract or disclose information you are not authorised to access.
- Resell or provide unauthorised access to PressureLog.
- Use the service to deceive, harass or harm others.
If you discover a possible security weakness, report it without accessing additional information or attempting further exploitation.
9. Report problems and respond to restrictions
Promptly notify your business and admin@logitm8.com if you become aware of suspected unauthorised access, a security issue, lost information, prohibited content or materially incorrect output.
Provide enough detail to identify the issue, but do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Day 4 Tech Pty Ltd may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, unlawful use, material breaches or risks to others or the platform, consistently with the applicable customer agreement.
Where lawful and safe, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Restrictions will be proportionate to the circumstances.
These rules do not reduce Day 4 Tech Pty Ltd’s obligations under the applicable customer agreement or exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
